You know, how stupid of me - I send people to the archives all the time to find things for themselves, and I didn't think to go there for shoulder boards. I actually never knew the data base covered boards. Duhhh.

You and Carsten both speak of a 'winged shell' on the shoulder boards after 1941 for the heavier flak gun units. I have never seen this insignia. Does anyone have a link or photo showing this insignia? I'd be very interested in seeing it.

Those boards are fantastic. Any chance of you showing the tunic they came from? A designated Heer flak tunic is really hard to find. I'd love to see it.
