Opinions on this Dutch cloth Jacket

Could anyone provide me some comments on this jacket

I was thinking of buying this jacket, the price is very reasonable.
But, the eagle is reapplied or even fake??? I have some doubts about it.
I asked for more detailed photos, so hope to be able to post them soon.

I got the awnser I think, it's a moddified (lower pockects) early Kriegsmarine tunic. Which are quite similar to the Dutch models..... too bad.

Also the buttons must have been replaced, lacking the KM anchors.....
