What differentiates these Arty boards???

Another shoulder board question.

I have some nice arty boards, a very nice set with the gray wool and a single board with dark green wool. How are they different? Much thanks!!!

Hi Dan,
I think the pair are Airforce flak, a kind of arty of course.
That dotted tresse is usually assocaited with WL.

They are well matched in all areas of construction.

The pair are Luft Flak,the dark green is Heer Artillery NCO. The silver tresse on the Flak straps can also be found applied to Heer shoulder straps.

Thank you for your response. If I understand what you are saying, the set of gray wool boards are Luftwaffe Flak boards? Is this correct? And the dark green wool would be Heer Arty?

Thats correct Dan,
As Glenn says, the tresse can also be found on Army types,
the blue-grey being the LW connection.
