Help ID these boards

Please review these boards and let me know if these are Pioneer shoulder boards. Definitely black waffenfarbe and, unfortunately, they were cut off the uniform. Any comments are welcomed.

Thank you Glenn and Pioneer Sgt for your prompt replies. The boards are in fact in excellent condition other than, as you stated, having "abdominal surgery"!

I am back on track trying to further identify the boards brought back by my father and had some time on y hands this Sunday afternoon. I have a couple others that I need some verification on and will be posting shortly.

Nice shoulder straps . . .

Hi,

Note the tress and base colour of the straps - these are for the Reicharbeitdient (RAD). Third pattern, I think.

They look more Field Gray to me, I can't tell if the tress is prewar/Weimer or?

Can you post a close picture of the boards laying flat with no flash.

They are Army straps,not RAD.IMO
