Waffenrocks and cufftitles- GD

Gentlemen I have a question.

Were there any cufftitles applied to waffenrocks apart from the 1939 GD special one. I have a small bet going that cufftitles were not applied to the rock but maybe some GD guys applied them to standard issue rocks, I dont know.

All i can find in photos are the 1939 GD own rocks with the cufftitles.

The new Waffenrock book shows some with cufftitles, I do not have the book here at work but from memory is the 1936 Spanien title in wear.

Steve is correct - I have also seen "Afrika" cuff titles, but could not verify that they were pre-1945 with certainty.

I believe the AFRIKA was probably wartime.. Why not? They liked style and it is a proud tunic.

I can't speak for other waffenrocks, but the GD commonly wore the cuff title on their special waffenrock.

'Afrika' one.... The waffenrock is named to an artillery officer served in II/A.R 22(the unit saw action in both in the Crimea and Africa).
