    Army Pants, Final Verdict Necessary

    Hi,
before I bought these Pants I posted a few photographs the seller provided and got the okay. They were private purchase pants no problems. Feeling uneasy I put them on again and got a mixed review. Since then they have been eating away at me if they fake I want them out of my collection. They have a 4 button fly, buttons unmarked, buckle on rear marked PRIMA. The lining a striped cotton appears machine sewn at the top hem then hand sewn to the pants lower down. The seams are not done well, even some of the pockets are hand sewn to the pants. The button holes are all reinforced. When I peered under the striped lining I saw the remnants of a linen strip that appeared to have run along the length of the top. Could they be repaired war or postwar?. Take a look at the photographs and please tell me your thoughts, are they for the wardrobe or the garbage.
    cheers Robert

If you lift up the lining can see remains of a linen lining?

                      Opinions?

Comeon lads 34 lookers and no thoughts? I bought these because they got the thumbs up from the forum and then came the doubts. These are the best closeups I have posted surely someone must know something. I am clearing out all my bogey items and these are next on the list.
                      thanking you. Robert

                        .

Hi Robert, unfortunately, I'm not that expert, to tell you the originality of this nice pair of trousers, but myself, like what I see. Anyhow, instead of the garbage put it in a box and send it to me please...

I see nothing wrong. They look to be a standard pair of straight legs.

To me they are original private purchase or officer pants. They are not a pair of standard textbook EM pants such as M40 or M43 IMO.
