so - as promised i got back the tunic today and i have to say- they made good work

where the white lines are in - there were mothsdamages

what do you think about it?

also - lot of question

i want to made him complete

a) which unit - 42. infantry regiment? - i think to put a krim shield on it
b) what do you think which badges are ok
c) i m searching after a nice breast eagle - the shown is only put with a needle on it and has damage of moths also
d) what is little bit disturbing to me - there is a hole for the dagger on the side
e) which rank had the owner - i though feldwebel?

Not sure if waffenrock had Krimshield.

However i have seen waffenrock with dagger/sword hanger slots.

Looks great with the belt and badges.

Sorry my mistake, here is a picture from the book Waffenrock (thanks Tim!). It shows a Krim shield on it.
Also seems to be same rank as yours...says

'Artillery Oberwachtmeister (oberfeldwebel), Heavy Artillerie Regiment 154'.

I'd only add things to it if there is signs that they were once there.
