I agree, these are shiny like LW types... not Heer subdued for field use...but could be Heer "dress" version this way! I vote LW engineers! Nick

The waffenfarbe looks a little bright to be Rosa(Panzer). From the photo, the waffenfarbe appears to be carminesrot(General Staff/Vet).

These boards could be either Dress Heer boards(Waffenrock) or Luftwaffe.
