Panzer eagle and LW Para Badge opinions please

Hi,

Could I please get some opinions on these two items prior to purchase?

These are the only pics I have. I am told the breast eagle is on black, not dark green.

From what I can see, they look OK to me, but evaluation by more trained eyes in this area would be appreciated!
