Artillery Collar Tab Question

Alright I have questions about this collar tab. Here it shows this strait line red piping in the middle



Here is an other one of these variants with straight red piping, although it is not so clean looking.

Does anyone have any or have pictures of the first straight type of collar tabs? Is the ones I am questioning original or not?

This is the same design used for the soutache on Feldm******252;tzen until 1942

I would assume that they maybe cost a little more for the knotted type but i have no problems with any of the variations. Matt

Braid

Jphilip nailed it on the head, these tab types are original and and are constructed with the same soutache braid as on enlisted overseas and billed caps. There are several braid different types encounted, this one is actually fairly common.
