Name translation and research possible?

I bought 2 greatcoats from a Transport officier from a friend. I saw a name in it today, which he did'nt see. Maybe someone could help me with the correct name? First part is his rank, but can't read 2nd.



I also can (and going to) buy a card with different kind of insignia from this guy. Divisions he served in should be:

1./Kfe Abt 15

And short time in afrika:

5. Lei. Div

Thought that too, but I wasnt sure. To me it looked like there could be a R in it, but I geuss it is just the hand writing. Thanks for the name translation guys!

Any info where I could find more about this guy and his division/regiment? I know that in a Afrika Korps book something is written from his unit when serving there. I don't know the title but there is a afrika bevo cuff displayed on the front.
