Need help!!!

Hello gentlemen. I have a question. On many pics, i have seen DAK soödiers with a pice of cloth before their faces, to be protected from sand and dust. Do you know, if these pieces of cloth were given them or did they use own stuff??

Where can i get such a piece. I`m desperatly searching!!!

I have never heard of such a piece being issued. I think that they would have simply used a piece of cloth.

I've seen pics of motorcycle riders with scarves over their nose and mouthes

Dust scarves

Medical arm slings, bandage wraps and hankerchiefs (also by Allied Soldiers) were used most often as long as I would imagine anything else they could get. For a display I would use an arm sling, these were issued in white and green/Field Grey.
