Shoulder board opinions & ID please

Hello everyone,

I just picked these up along with a pair of dust goggles in the issue packet. They are smaller than the standard example I place in the photo with them. Tan color with yellow piping. Underside is made of the same material as the top. No reaction to black light. They are 3.5cm wide. I have no idea what they may be. Any comments are welcome.
