Heer Arm Band???

These armbands were worn by army recruiting officials..i have seen pics of these being worn with military uniform , civilian attire and used as umpires armbands during maneuvers..

I think you just answered the question yourself Chris... "not seeing one ever before..." That means these are not encountered that often and therefor rare and desireable (I would think!). At least I've never seen one for sale before... and I own at least 15 armbands (among other things) but not this recruiting type. Nick
