Hermann Goering Div.parka (Anorak)

This Italian dealer is offering a so-called Hermann Goering Div wind breaker parka (Anorak). Has anybody seen this before? Supposedly designed specifically for the HG Div the seller claims. Note that the Breast eagle (early prewar droop tail) is factory embroidered directly into the parka! Looks very strange to me! The last picture shows another one published in an Italian auction catalog from 1985. Any comments?

I think Relichunter had something like this in the recent past..I think it was described as a survival parka for downed aircrew which might make sense..Billbert

I have seen this HG wind breaker parka this weekend in a militaria show in Bologna, looks in my opinion an authentic piece, I have already seen one like it in the past but not in this nearly mint condition. Should make the new owner very happy

I agree with Gerard's defination. These are not HG parkas IMHO.

Thanks for the replies so far. Interesting theory that it might be an air crew related survival item! I think its either that or its a fantasy item, definitely not HG division related in my opinion....why would it be? and the early style eagle does not make sense for HG Div unless its HG regiment???
