    Grey assault gun wrap opinions

The following assault gun wrap on the e-stand is on hold for me. http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=215423 The seller has agreed that I can post it for opinions. As the wrap area is foreign to me any assistance and comments would be greatly appretiated. Jacques

Bilbert, pardon the ignorance. What is "CURB appeal". Jacques.

I feel confident in saying that it is a nice original wrap with very consistant insignia...that is to say what I would expect on a wrap with this wear from this period (1944).

Price seems reasonable and I find it apealing because at least 90% of the feldgrau wraps that I see offered as original show no indication of real or honest period field wear as this one does...I this as a plus.

            jacquesf,

Here is my observation. Tunic looks good but the tabs look like less wear than the other insignia and are on backward (common mistake with tailored officer tunics). Again this is just my observation based on the pictures given. Over all the tunic looks good.

Thanx for the comments guys. Steve, good observation. I have seen on quite a few of my officers tunics, especially em to officer upgrades, that the ageing/ patina on the eagle, shoulder staps and collar patches differ. BTW I found ad m40 tunic, but I am still drooling over your em signals one. Jacques
