PANZER/NSKK jacket ???

Hi.

I got this strange jacket.
One collector thougth it migth be a late jacket used by the NSKK.
It seems that it has a panzer eagle on it ?
Anybody seen a uniform like this before ?

The size is large ca. 52/54.
I have never seen a uniform like this myself but you think it could be a Hitlerjugend jacket then ?
Some other opinions ?

But if this jacket is a blackened ETO jacket the only value it has is the Panzer eagle on it !

Thats not true...ETO jackets are scare. And I like the fact its dyed black for POW use!
