Please this type of insignia (printed shieldand on support of cloth), for sure, has already been debated
Please can someone point out where the I can find info on this form of shield ?

Please these type of shield are considered forgeries or original?

I believe this to be a reproduction, never really see them mounted on backing like that either. Just my opinion.

Twill weave Feldgrau wool as shown is very rare to encounter on original items. Plain weave wool was much more widely available then. Today, twill weave is much easier to get.

Looks like someone added a backing to it. Shield looks pretty good, and don't think its a fake.

Original shield but someone added a backing to raise the value. If you look at it, it looks unused too, thats a good giveaway that this shield was recently put on a backing.
