HJ Shirt?

I acquired this jacket recently. It is quite small in size, so think it would fit a teenager. I'm thinking it may be HJ but have no idea really. It has one set of buttons down the front, but two lots of button holes, almost like a double fastening. Cuff fasteners with buttons, and fasteners on the lower back, made of metal. There is an inner pocket, and a stamp at the back neck. The stamp is very faint but i can make out RZM on the right and SS on the left. It also came with a single rune HJ badge.
So any ideas what this jacket is? Is this Hj or a bogus jacket?

I feel that the jacket, while maybe old, is nothing to do with the HJ.

The ink stamp is 100% bogus.
