All comments welcome! Are these Judical Collar Tabs for a LW Oberstleutnant?

They have a stiff cardboardbacking, They appear to be unissued. a bit of moth damage to the front, other then that they are in good shape.

I wish to sell on the E-Stand, but cannot come up with a good fair price.

I can assure you they are not flak red. More of a wine red color. Maybe general staff. This was the purpose of my question. I'm armed with a cheap digital camera .
