yes it is, silver fringes

Hello Scott,

This is definately a funeral sash. There were varying levels in quality of these produced. Depending on the material of the fabric, whether the swastika was merely printed or hand stitched template etc. Looks like that one has the hand stiched swastika?

Perhaps a German member can translate the message on it.
