KM leather jacket or tunic?

One more found of my friend .I think its KM leather tunic or? Inside is on top mark with bad to see great 50 and year 1941 other not. Is this KM leather beacause no other mark to found or? Thenks for your help.

Based on these pictures it looks OK. Pictures of the sleeve interior would be helpful IMO.
