Look what I picked up last weekend. Luftwaffe swallow nests. Are these tough to get?

I have not ever seen a set of these close up... can someone verify it they are Luftwaffe? What color is the waffenfarbe? Are they medical blue?

Hi Jody,

Nice pair of Swallows nest. Overall I would say they are not too common but then again this is a very esoteric field (you will probably only see a handful of them at SOS, if you go). Personally, I have thought about obtaining a little colection of these from the Luftwaffe and the other services (NSDAP/Heer/SS etc). A rather nice collection could be assembled for a very reasonable price.

Are they trimmed in Medical Blue or Luftwaffe Feldblau?
