Here's one, different pattern, but similar construction, especially the right wing IMO.

I would like to add that I have just used a U.V. light on the eagle where the backing has peeled away leaving a opening, I could see a tiny area of white thread that holds the silver bullion theard and this does not glow under the U.V.light

I still do not think this is original and I would definitely not acquire this eagle. There are many other problem-free officer eagles out there.
