I would appreciate any information on these boards. My research makes them an artillery regimental staff officer do to the black stripe . Other views make them out as Imperial. Thanks for any oppinions.

Nice find!
This are for a German higher Railway Official of the 1935/37 pattern. The numbers are incorrect and were probably added after the war.
I've been looking for a pair in this rank.
