Would like to verify the originality of this Sonderverbande 288 patch. It came from my fathers DAK collection a few months ago. Thank you.

The example posted above is a post-war copy. It is most easy to determine by the misshapen swastika.

I have attached a photo of the two original types. The example to the left, on badge cloth, is very rare.
