White Camo Pants??

Hello

I got these pants about 10 years ago when I bought a lot from Manion's
In the lot was a Winter reversible jacket, rabbit fur cap, these pants and mits.
I want to sell the pants on Estand but I would like to know exactly what they are and if they are from WW2. There are only 2 original buttons left and they have a cloth material on them. The rest of the buttons are porceline or plastic.
There are ink stamps inside which I have close ups of them. There are no pockets and string ties at the legs. I hope some one can help me.

Hello

Looks like some pants used by the KM , however ,the stamps appear to be of French Army origins " 23 rd regiment 23RIE ,plus the oval stamp is typical of French markings on military garnment. Looks more like WW1 to me.
