I tlooks as though you have a basic Heer Sanitatespersonal patch done on black with a weird edging.The obvious! There were supposed to be specialty patches made with the color base material to match the black panzer uniform. I have never seen one but I haven't been collecting 30 years.This could possibly be one. I don't know what the zig-zag yellow stitch is about. I don't know of any other branch or organization that used this emblem in the circular shape. I am sorry that I can't be of any more help.
