Female Luft Trousers...help

Hello,
These trousers were given to me for opinions. Are they Female? Buttons off to the side, rbn#, show some wear. Trousers are not my thing. Any help on what they are worth would be great, or any other info on them, Thanks.

RelicHunter website has a pair listed at $399. They haven't been "going" anywhere for quite awhile. The trousers are ocassionally seen- The matching blouse almost never, so it is difficult to assemble a mannequin display.

And ofcourse, the hard part. How many collectors are into Female Luft Auxillary.
