Is this Cuff WW2?

Hey guys, just came across this cuff. Never seen one like it before. So anyway I was wondering what your thoughts are on it. What is it and does it look real?

I'm going to go ahead and guess its a repro. It seems slightly "fuzzy" from what I can see in the pics and that is usually bad.

Anybody want to disagree?

These cuffs are and never were puely military. There are companies in germany today that turn out titles like this (all different colors, all different mottos) for shooting associations, Student assocaitions, clubs or whatever.

This could be the "Ehrenführer" of the bavarian homing pidgeon association.

I would bet it is 100% original... but original WHAT?
