Panzer DAK Ring

I picked this up while living in Luxembourg several years ago - a very nice DAK ring (although the swastika was buffed off).

I've always wondered what the unit insignia is on the side - I've assumed Panzer, but I'm wondering if someone else can confirm (or be more specific).

The engravings on inside give the date of 20-10-41, and the initials H.M.

Hi Clive,
You might go to FELDGRAU.COM they have a topic area that identifies unit emblems. It looks to be Heer Panzer or Heer Panzer Grenadier. It would not be SS Panzer since there were none in North Africa, Rommel did permit it.
Good Luck and keep looking, if I come up with anything else I will let you know.
