I found these bills in the breast pockect of a tunic I picked up once. I was quite excited to say the least!................Then when I contacted the seller to let him know I received the tunic he wanted to know if I had found the surprize he put in the pocket for me! Still....it was pretty neat!

I found 3 Iron cross ribbons in the turnback of french cuff on a infantry NCO's waffenrock..

This had come with a group that included a small photo album..nothing exciting, except every second picture was labled on back Peter,Willi, Horst..than a few more loose ones..same theme.

I get the feeling that the ribbons were saved after two of the three men were killed, and the third survivor had kept the ribbons..i will never know...
