Hello I would like to see what others think of this arm band? Its staind so I cant realy tell with a black lite .

Hello Dav,
I am no expert on the labels, so I will leave that to others.
I have a real problem with the staining, which seems to far too much for
such an item. Considering what it is, an armband worn for formal events,
the wear would not look at out place on a pair of jackboots that marched
across Russia
Obviously staining can appear due to poor storage over 60yrs, but this
seems to mix in ground in dirt and excessive fading.

Just my 2 penn'th.
