    Early Service Uniform Tunic.

    Hi,
the pre nazi era tunics with 8 buttons and slanted pockets were used up to the end of the war, are they as valuable as the latter style tunics. Also how do they rate rarity wise it is not often I come across one. Is this because they are rare or because they are not sought after?. This is a Tunic I am considering adding to my collection. Is it expensive at $600US.
    cheers Robert

It is for pioneer and if insignia are original to the jacket, 600$ is an excellent bargain. The eagle is easy to replace.

I agree! It is a great buy for that price if all else is original to the tunic.

How are the tabs applied? Matchine or hand sewn? Can we please get some close ups of the shoulder boards and tabs(front and under the collar)?

      Regards
      Paul

Hi, there's a good one to reference on the Collector's Guild that I actually just bought. It's artillery, not pioneer, but I paid another 300 for it. Haven't got it yet, but here's the link:

Any of you guys know any info on the 6th division?
