Unusual cufftitle system

Has someone already seen such press-button system for put or reput cufftitle ?

there are five little pryms press buttons around the sleeve. Certainly to fix Kreta cufftitle. Indeed, I know the history of the owner : he was transport pilot in KG zbv 1 (later TG 1) during Kreta campaign.

I have seen this before, as an example the FHQ cufftitle and on white tunics so they can be laundered.

Ditto on that..saw a wonderful FHQ black panzer wrapper with the FHQ so affixed.and the GD cufftitle sewn on permanently.
