I recently bought this set. The trousers look ok to me, nice klaphose. But i'm wondering what kind of jacket it is exactly. All opinions more then welcome.

Hallo!
The jacket is not a jacket but a shirt..
It is the standard Blue wool winter shirt and was worn in combination with a white blue striped detachable collar or "kielerkragen",and the navy black silk scarf wich was folded into a knot.eagle is yellow on blue backing and placed on the right side chest.

hi tex,
The shirt looks ok on the picture,it has a two button clossure(plastic or cardboard) on the sleeve ends and a blue fabric lining,there are suposed to be two blue cords on the front end of the v-neck,but these are normally missing after 60 years.look also for a split on each side of the hips with two holes in it.Any markings? BAW or BAK stamp in white ink?? not always,because some shirts had a cardboard label wich had to be removed when first using the shirt.
