Heres a thread on Windhund badges.I have a similar one but I'm not 100% sure its good. If you look at the thread you'll see some similar (if not identical) to yours.

Here is one I own on a well worn m43 officers cap that has been there for ever, quite toned with age and with wire prongs . Looking at Jims link there apears to be a variety of types and qualitys and attachments.

The one Willi posted looks 100% original to me, I have three of these, two mint and one that was a take-off.

Thank you for your opinion. This badge is not for sale because the 116th PZ was stationned in my area during the month of august 1944. I'm in Normandy , near Lonlay L'abbaye ( east of Mortain) . I have found this week a splinter helmet cover from a farm near this village (typic of this unit and other units of course but not in this sector).
