    Artillery Grouping Attic Find

Not to be confused with barn finds, but this was actually found in an attic. Well, not actually found, but forgotten about. I'm really surprised it wasn't the focus of the little critters up there. Maybe that was luck.
Visor has more wear that the tunic, pants and belt. I would think they go together, but I doesn't really matter. Jacket and trouser are extremly large. The waist on the pants is 44. Certainly a big fellow. Jacket is so large it floats on the mankin and is missing on pip on the right board. Belt is named Or Hilbebrand. Any info would be appreciated.

From the looks of the interior of the visor cap, it seems the original owner liked to put grease in his hair to keep it stylish. I have seen this many times. Extremely nice find there, Jeff! Should be proud!
Here is a picture of the Artillery officer tunic my grandpa's brother brought home with him in 1945.
        Later!

          Karl,

You have very good eyes. The visor band is actually quite heavy due to this persons grooming habits.
