    tropen hemd

Oskar Schindler, German businessman and Abwehr member, produced enamel ware in his factory. The workers were " shielded " from interference by Polizei and SS scrutiny. This has been confirmed by interviews of surviving members of his workforce.

Shirts and Bekleidung , clothing were mostly produced in LODZ, or Litzmanstadt . This was the garment district mostly manned by people of semitic origin. Sosnowiec is part of Silesia, known as the industrial and coal mining center of this former German land.

This shirt has the effect of taking "2 blue V pills with 2 Male Taurus taurine cocktails, and call me in the morning"....
( Please do not try this at home) or maybe in NV... or yet better not.

To answer your question, Yes, the shirt is directly connected to the labor system or " policy" if you will, in that if you fell behind, sick, became unproductive, you would eventually be sent literally "down the road" to Auschwitz. If you were lucky enough to be sewing tropical Adlers all day, you were saved.

In other words, what we love to collect today, was in some case made by a poor soul, who's whole existence, family and human world had been torn apart. Think of it in this way. Its very powerful and horrific.

Thank you and well said. A chilling reminder of what these artifacts actually represent in world history....
