There are several different makers of reproduction winter jackets and trousers. None are really made to deceive. They are made for re-enactors. (I am a re-enactor myself)
Originals are made with a rayon mixture to the material. Fakes are not.The fakers have yet to perfect the rayon lining of these trousers. I have not looked, but I am not even sure if this pattern of inlined non reversable trousers are even being copied?
Originals are much heavier in weight than the copies. The wool waste material used is different.
Here are some links to sellers of copies:

Hope this helps?
Cheers, Ade.

Adrian is right on the money. The re enactors want the reversible to white version for obvious reasons, and no credible attempt that I have seen has been made to reproduce the non reversible version. I think 700 is overpriced for a pair, I have a mint unissued..large size..obtained not in the all too distant past for 450 US. A mint reversible pair may fetch 700 euro. Otherpoints to look at are of course the buttons, any markings, the draw strings at the cuff of the leg, tightening closure at the back, whether or not wood pegs or not were used, and of course, nice finish details that are present in garmets made for real combat during the war which are missing in reenactor items as they overlook them and are not made 100 correctly. The Jackets are a bit tougher to find..but out there. A fairly mint example reversible went on the estand recently for 1200 US I believe..
