Luftwaffe colour of service

Hi Guys, I'm not real knowledgeable on luftwaffe, and to save me going out and buying a book, can anyone tell me whether or not , if the only luftwaffe personell who wore yellow tabs/insignia were flight personell and paratroops.
Did any other positions wear this colour.

Hi Greg, no other branches of service used this colour in the Luftwaffe. There were different sections with the Air Ministry which used this colour. But all were flight related. You need both Brian Davis' books on the Luftwaffe to go into this in detail. But as a rough rule of thumb, you have it correct.

Adrian, thanks for the info, I thought this was the case, just that i was looking at buying the old ' Hogans Hero's ' series on dvd and i noticed that the camp guards had yellow insignia on the show and started to think maybe other branches had this colour too.
