This is a post war ribbon bar for a Legion Condor naval officer. Can you tell the ribbons?

I think it is the Pilot/observer medal, the 4 year service medal, the Spanish Cross (from Spain), and the Spanish First Class Naval Medal of Merit ribbon (not the Spanish Campaign Medal)

Why the swords on the last ribbon?
