    Luca,

Is there a seam running up the middle of the back? If there is, could you post a photo of the seam as seen from inside the garment? Thanks,

    Richard

One thing I find rather odd is the tag was applied before the buttonholes were cut and sewn. I do not collect SS or political stuff but it seems strange to me that a factory would do that?

        Luca,

as far i know, unlikely as for LW and KM, or some paramilitary organizations (like NSKK), there was no regular issue hbt coveralls oficialy adopted for armored vehicles or mechanical duty in Heer.
only small contracts, "beute" foreign use, unoficial rear front or field productions, even sometimes use of KM or LW regular models, hence the several different models used, as visible on period pics (i numbered more than 20 variations of coveralls...).
i have never seen one like yours used by armored crew or in repair units.
the hbt material used seems a little bit odd to me, hand examination would help.
and i would rather agree with jhodgsons comments, this tag is not a good sign IMHO.
