Picked this up at the Show of Shows. The following is the only info I could find. Opinions welcomed and any additional information on the unit.

Artillerie Battalion 70:

Personnel from Wehrkreis XII (HQ Wiesbaden) part of the State of Hesse.
Utilized as an independent Motorized Heavy Artillery in the HQ Artillery Pool.
Batteries included 100mm, 150mm and 210mm guns.

I would say the unit was A.R. 70?

I translated the link into English but I'm still having trouble understanding it completely. A summary of the facts would be helpful. Collecting shoulder boards is new to me. Am I correct that the rank is: Company Officer : 1st Lieutenant: Oberleutnant???
