blue piped sholder straps Transport?

Can any one tell me if im right here? im quite sure that is what they are but they are EM and couldent find any referance to EM blue piped straps??
Also what would be the value on these as i would like to put them on estand. i have just found them in my draw and dont want them as i only collect Inf stuff

If they are a light blue, they are supply. Dark blue would be medical. Are they Heer? Luftwaffe? Can you post a pic or two?

They are quite a dark blue so i would assume Medical then i think there army they are of field grey cloth
i would post pics but i havent got any battries for my cam so will try tomorrow
