I just got some of these from a lady who came into my work today looking to get rid of some "nazi" stuff her father got in the war. I wanna say signals? Please correct me if I am wrong.

I would have said Signals also as the color looks "lemon yellow".I thought the Coastal Artillary used gold.The one I have is gold on the inner and outer stripes.The one Eric shows the inner and outer strips are different colors.Is there a reason for this or just a makers varriation?Here's the one I have and correct me if I'm wrong on it's branch of service.

It has to be the computer.Looking at the both of them on the screen they are the same color.Coastal Artillary .
