Marine HJ Pin - Help, Fantasy Piece?

Bought this of estand recently, but unsure if it is a fantasy piece or not. i have a vague recollection that it could be. Any help / opinion from a more knowlegable member would be much appreciated.

These have been discussed numerous times and the feeling is they are bogus if I recall. I know this specifically because I have a cap badge one like this and enquired about it.

Oh er, I'm not a more knowledgable one, but Frank H has commented these in the past, best really popping it on the tinnie/pin badge type forum.
