Ribbon Bar Identification?

Hello,
I have a small ribbon bar and I was wondering if someone could tell me what they are for. Not really my area of collecting. Also, I have a luftwaffe insignia I was wondering if someone might be able to tell me what that is for or goes to. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

ribbon bar

For the ribbon bar, you have an EK2, war merit cross with swords, eastern front, long service award, and commemorative medal for October 1938. Very nice.

...as a side note, the long service on the ribbon bar is either Army or Navy, although there's no way to tell which.
