          Its not an officer cap, its an issue, EM/NCO with an officer cord added to it. Without the proper chincord, I'd say about $250.

              I'd go a little higher and say if there isn't any damage, it's worth about $350-$400. The red piping indicates it is for someone in the Artillerie branch.
