I need the forums opinion. This coat came from the set sold by Manions Auction in 2003. I know the tunic in that auction was not historically accurate (I don't own that), but the greatcoat (which I own) looks good. It is well made/ tailored and it not has been tampered with. The GFM Kleist's name is typed with the date 25 Febr. 1943 on the Holters' Tag. The shoulder board Batons are detail, hollow type, with each one having a 800 stamped on it at the end of one batons. The shoulder boards and batons are aged and the prongs don't penetrate the boards. The buttons are made by Bruder Sohneider AG Wien. The rear hidden slit is attached together by shiny grayish bakelight plastic buttons. I know the picture aren't the best and it was listed on Manions auction house, but what do you think? What other things should I look at?
Thanks Tony
